Unconstitutional is all that needs to be said, if it passes then lawsuits will follow with big payouts, it's like they are trying to bankrupt the state and across state lines then that is another reason it'll never be legally sound.

You can't regulate morals. We really need to start suing for infringement of the first amendment. Also just everyone simultaneously start in on the "hate" so the system can't keep up.
