Correct. It's more than that: price discovery. Besides the dollar being abandoned, price discovery has ben a huge problem due to fraud. It remains to be seen if price discovery becomes available with de-dollarization. The us dollar has been problematic in many areas: no assets backing it, no price discovery, counterfeiting and just poor monetary policy.
