Body found in yard by power pole next to a pair of jumper cables and some small ruber handled pliers. Guy died from stupid and electricity, which don't mix well.

Yeah those insulated grips are not even close to enough to stop several hundred amps. You need a pair of really thick rubber gloves for that work. Hell he also failed to realize the jumper cables would likely melt also from the huge surge of power since they are likely rated to maybe 50 volts max for a very short period not a 100x that. This was a real Darwin Award level event here.
