I have not been in Dayton for several years and I was wondering if they had to clear out the homeless, niggers, and crackhouses.

Last time I was there was to visit Mendelson's in...I don't know, 2012.

They had cleaned it up substantially for the Dragons Stadium, tearing down a lot of the old Delco buildings. It looked better, that's all I can say. I didn't feel like I was going to be shanked immediately.
