Title: Why was the Amiga so awesome? Duration: 27 minutes, 18 seconds

In this video we are going to take a look at why the Commodore Amiga was just so awesome. This is from a hardware perspective and I've included lots of quotes from the designer himself Jay Miner. The Jay Miner quotes are taken from these 2 videos, they are really worth a watch

IDK my first computer was Tandy that I had to plug into my tv.

It really was an awesome computer. I was working for computerland when they came out and got to take one home to get familiar with. I was blown away by the graphics and how snappy the system was. But no one was going to take a winger on fringe technology and they didn't sell, so the store eventually dumped them for peanuts. It's a pity, really.
