Love the pics of all the analog stuff. I have a 71 Yaesu FT-101 HF unit. Weighs a ton but still kicking. Sadly I cant ANYONE that works on them and it NEEDS work badly. The signal drifts, have to ride the tuner but I still enjoy it.
I know, that old stuff is partly magic and partly science. Fixing it costs a small fortune.
I wouldn't even mind the cost. I just cant find anyone that either KNOWS these rigs OR is willing to do the work
I'll ask around. Maybe I can point you to someone.
