You'd need to use cloth or the cloth paper as well as modifying the printer so it can't recognize a face and/or anything else through biometrics alone. Plus all the security type stuff to as well. All the fine text that's very small to read alone and the extra fibers / security strips in the paper as well. This sort of proves it is a great waste of time to implement copy protection. Money need instead a very easy physical proof of sorts, but that too could be copied...so I don't know... Just don't go full digital.
