I hope the drivers are still garbage.

It always makes me laugh, cause the drivers are only garbage in Windows. In Linux, Radeon out performs GeForce by a huge margin.

Really smart for AMD to deliver trash drivers to the OS that 90% of people use.

Just because it's widely used, doesn't make it good. Luckily, Win10 is causing more windows users to jump ship than any Linux distro could have ever done on their own

From my experience, they are solid. The Catalyst days are over.

I had a horrible experience with it a few years ago, and I've read stories there are still issues. I want to plug in the card and go, not have to find fixes to make stuff work right.

I hope it is better though. Good competition is great for consumers.

Nothing wrong with a big fat heat sink.

The thing with new AMD Radeon cards that I find disturbing is that they include PSP, so that you will have two PSP chips, one in CPU and one in GPU. So, no matter how impressive the new performance is, it might possibly be weighed out by privacy issues. Of course, this will matter only if you care about blobs and things like ME and PSP.
