My boss assures me that IT is looking into this...
The thing with all those programs is that you should run them on a company provided laptop OR a cheap laptop used for the purpose that can be resold or at least wiped clean later OR a virtual machine totally isolated from the rest of your host operating system. Those companies know that you are somehow obliged to accept their TOS because it's company's rules and so on, and will ceize the opportunity to take what they can out of it.
