If its like Odysee, their web frontend censors whats on the blockchain and they don't use their servers to reflect your P2P exchanged content. BlackCrimesMatter was censored on Odysee but you can still download their videos using another LBRY client. https://slavegrid.com has a Kodi addon which work with the lbrynet client to download videos without having to go through Odysee.
These blockchain services are more like DNS where metadata and pointers to the actual data are stored instead of the actual data itself.
