These confounding patterns tend to work on only one specific AI. The most universal protection is those accessories (mostly glasses and hats) that blare out bright infrared light around your face. They might start using cameras that filter out infrared, but for now it will work on any digital camera.

Just by some IR LEDs and put them on your clothes with some small batteries to power them. Most cameras don't have IR filters.
