Seriously... Why go to such trouble and effort? The NSA can patch into, eavesdrop, monitor and track movement with your "smart phone" any time they please. They have access to everything you do already.

Because you have to do it from a central position, this will let you do that same shit in the field, on the fly, without any help from IT nerds

I think I saw one of these last night..Blinking lights weren't like a plane 4 red and white lights in a cross pattern, hardly any noise and it wasn't flying on the normal lay lines the planes fly on.
