That guy still thinks that they are planning to let everyone have electric cars. They are not. Electric cars, which are infeasible, are the mechanism by which they will try to ban ICE cars, then they will ban electric car use (due to grid limitations).

It's actually worse than that, because he was only talking about the immense resources required to make the batteries. You also need the energy to charge them. This either comes from fossil fueled power plants or from unreliable intermittent generation. In either case it must travel along transmission lines, losing power to resistance loses, losing power through conversion losses in the charger and heat losses from the batteries as they are charged. Only a small fraction of the energy produced actually ends up moving a car. That's all somewhat academic though, because they want you dead.

"It's not our fault you can't afford a (electric) car. And too bad you can't find a gas station for your old car."

No one said this would be easy goy!

Eat lentils!

We saw that the last 3 years limiting people's ability to be mobile under the guise of a pandemic. If you wanted to be mobile you had to comply with the vaxxecution and then show your compliance papers or be part of the regime approved essential businesses.

Communism.

I just rented one of these BECAUSE HERTZ DIDN'T HAVE MY RESERVATION I FUCKING PAID FOR! So they literally downgraded me to an EV because nobody else wanted the piece of shit.

These vehicles ARE GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was given to me with a 40% charge so I had to immediately go and find a charger. It took FIFTY MINUTES to get it charged to just 80%. That 50 minute charge only lasted AN HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES of drive time. When I got to the destination I plugged it into a 240v hook up with the cords inside the car. IT LITERALLY TOOK THE ENTIRE DAY to get to 100% from 40%.

Also when I was given it I had to spend 30 minutes signing up to apps to find a charge spot. They all wanted the VIN for obvious fucking reasons and they would NOT allow you to use the app without it and your full home address etc. Just to find a charging spot.

When I found the first spot, which took like 10 minutes to find when I was there and 20 minutes out of the way to get to, it was full. Then I spent another 10 finding another spot.

I was literally 3 hours late to my destination because the SHIT FUCK HEAD ASSHOLE LOSERS AT HERTZ DIDN'T HAVE MY CAR!!!!!!!!!

I'm being pedantic, but the economic word is 'externalized'.

Just imagine equipping the whole planet, every single car, with batteries... Imagine the horror in terms of pollution, it's madness. Oil is just "super green" in comparison, it's not even comparable.
