There used to be the 'coincidence detector' add-on. Don't know if it still exists. Did the same thing.
I believe this is a spiritual successor to that addon.
How does it do this? Download data and look it up or does it spy on everything you see, reporting to a third party?
There's a database of kike names also used by the addon called Coincidence Detector, all it does is add the (((brackets))) to any name that's listed on the database. The script itself is pretty short and is added using TamperMonkey or some other CSS editing addon.
