Normally, this effect is called empathy. White people have this. That's why we typically don't murder and become violent towards others.

This "scientist" is clearly just angling for a writing credit on black mirror because the technology is nowhere near doing any of that.

Implants? Neural implants? Brain surgery?

Ordinary surgery is risky enough but brain surgery multiplies the risk.

Then there's the whole, "While we were in there we took away your ability to disobey. You'll still be able to feel like you should do something but you can't. Now come with me and watch me screw your wife and kids. Remember to let them hear you thank me as every thrust."

There's a lot to unpack just from the headline, so many things wrong with that whole line of thought
