Roku's problem has always been "fuck the customer" attitude they must have picked up from their study of how the phone company operated in the 1980s and 90s. There are in fact ALTERNATIVES to Roku. I can have a fire stick or AppleTV here in a few hours. Not to mention HDMI output on the laptop with the online site or VLC. Why people put up with those cocksuckers is beyond me.

Corporate feudalism strikes again. The lords decided that this "feature" is a must have or it's a "bug". Either way, they need to fix it. I stay away from Big enterprise platforms because I seldom like they choices they make for me.
