Cold and vitamin D deficient suicidal depression.
cold enough weather in the winter
The summer is just long enough to prepare for the next 10 months... it's a hard life, but you get maximum freedom.

There are ways to make sure you get the vitamin d needed.
I just enjoyed watching them live life, instead of slaving away for kikes to barely eek by a stressful life among people who hate because of whiteness.
It was a nice thing to see.
One needs more than vitamins -- they need to see the sun too, but they also need social interaction. The thing people seek in Alaska is solitude, which can also the biggest hurdle, and greatest threat.
It's a better place to visit than to live.
Bullshit. There is property and sales tax in AK at the borough and muni level and it will get worse. These guys have a lot of expensive equipment so they started their homestead with some decent amounts of cash. Snow machines, chainsaws, and, gasoline all cost a lot of $.
Sure you can avoid usury in AK but you could pay cash up front anywhere in the world.
I just dug a little further. I guess the specific area I was looking at boasted no tax;
Alaska is the only state where large areas of land are not subject to property taxes. The reason behind this is that it would not generate much revenue for the state. Only 14 out of 18 boroughs levy a property tax.
Alaska. State Income Taxes: None. Sales Tax: Alaska is one of five states with no state sales tax. However, localities can levy sales taxes, which can reach 7.5%
I'll assume you know a lot more than I do, what I was reading said you didn't have to deal with that there.
Yeah and then aliens abduct you so often you go nuts and buy into the “murder-suicide complete family” deal.
In all seriousness what’s the grow season like?
It’s cold, everything is expensive, and everything has to kill other things to survive in one way or another.
Where is it that everything doesn't have to kill other things to survive in one way or another?
Places where there is abundance. New Zealand has the lowest incidence of things that will cause you death, bugs to animals to weather to humans... they invented most of the extreme sports as the human psyche needs risk. Southern Appalachia and PNW, is similar, some semi tropical other countries. Anywhere life is hard breeds competition, like the deserts, deep ocean, tundra...
Are there any creatures on earth that live without needing sustenance? For something to live, something must die.
