Bullshit. There is property and sales tax in AK at the borough and muni level and it will get worse. These guys have a lot of expensive equipment so they started their homestead with some decent amounts of cash. Snow machines, chainsaws, and, gasoline all cost a lot of $.
Sure you can avoid usury in AK but you could pay cash up front anywhere in the world.
