LVAN-R-STP-1 recently captured and turned in a member of the Sierra Club roaming in some of the outer fringes of the dome, enjoying themselves in a place they shouldn't be.

For his service, he has been promoted to RED clearance. A loyal member of the Armed Forces, he has grunted well and now he commits gruntering when he his not assigned to his new primary job of Trouble Shooting.

Future Trouble Shooters should rejoice to have such a mentally stable person on their team. Rejoice, even if he is not on your team. Do it. Now.

Dear citizen, promotion and non promotion is mandatory and NOT arbitrarily handed out or not handed out. Any decisions made by your friend The Computer are completely preplanned and meticulously prepared for.
