This notice is clearance ORANGE in order to prevent mass hysteria and the possible requirement of increased medications.

Please note a strange case of contamination between certain unknown medications and certain unknown cleaning products used in confession booths has caused complete psychosis resembling physical blunt trauma to the head, without any trauma actually occurring. The patient is delirious and constantly rambles about how security are out to get him and beat his brains out of him. Something which is completely impossible.

CHIPS will be unavailable for his trouble shooter assignment until he completes his prescribes medication required for recovery.

This notice is caution to take note of which chemicals and which citizens in ANL are being combined. This applies to anyone participating in ANL.
