Please ensure experimental power supplies for devices are only issued out to experienced trouble shooter teams. Due to a recent item issue an entire block was destroyed due to faulty fail safes in a nuclear power supply in the face of recovery. The item was involved in a fire and upon attempting to clean out the area the containment was broken and caused severe damage.
We would also like to remind you to encourage testers not to test in local sectors. Unless that is the purpose of the test.
In this case CPU had hard evidence from INTSEC to conclude the handlers of these items were committing treason, so we do not really suspect a similar event occurring.
