Well, the other theories behind it don't make a lot of sense. The only one that makes sense and most importantly explains the length of the stations existence is being placeholder for something. Whether it's to hold the channel open for broadcast or as a kill switch, no one invests that much effort and time into a station that just goes brrrrr
