Step 7 - Copy the patched boot image from your device to your PC and the adb folder. If you can’t find the file on your phone via MTP or Windows Explorer, you can pull the file by typing the command "adb pull /sdcard/Download/magisk_patched.img"
I don't get "magisk_patched.img" I get "magisk_patched_Cpvwr.img" which is a whole 0 bytes large.
Dude the last phone I rooted was a Galaxy S2, it's been awhile since I've had to fool around in the ADB. I just remember this was the site I used to use and is generally reliable.
You should be able to download that image file on your computer, put into the appropriate ADB folder and /push ADB that image to your phone storage. At least that's how I remember doing it in like 2012 lol
