Lol! It's extremely short to get the ideas of how to immediately triple. I was able to achieve much faster speeds and higher cognition. It takes constant practice to do that though. But the tripling is real. I found a free pdf of the book out there somewhere, but the library near you will almost for sure have it. Just read the first part to get the idea, it's all you'd need.
