I remember a post on voat about a software program that could be used to customise every single users experience. It was described as sandboxing users to separate them and control what information they see.

I'm finding the quality of info and dialogue at poal way down on voat...way more disinformation. I don't believe so many goats didn't migrate. I think this is a frog in boiling water culture shift that's being imposed upon us. Is this our little matrix?
