I think we should bankroll getting them back to the motherland since America is so "racist". Give $50k and a plane ticket to any one that agrees to go back to Africa and never return. Sure it's expensive at first but the long term savings will pay for itself. The ones that stay will start to get phone calls from their buddies that left and will obviously regret it, might straighten some of their attitudes out.
