It would be like you are at work and some one walks in and hands you a fake piece of paper saying you are fired and thry are taking your job. Would you just take the paper walk out and let them have your job?

This isn't as telling as you think it is. What if this special envoy discovers officially that a vast majority the anti-semitic propaganda is coming from jews themselves to bolster sympathy and influence? You have no idea what that simple bill will do, its definitely not a signifier to a larger loyalty.
