If you are saying false flag maybe.

Others could chime in here - I'm not a field medic.

She was wearing a neckerchief. That would hide or catch some.

The bullet hit her in the neck - I can almost guarantee it was hollow-point. So the wound would be ragged and largely an internal spread and not 'through and through'.

If it hit her spine the damage would be spread around and a lot of tissue would have been affected - less of a hole but a big mess inside. Some of the nerves in the cervical spine are connected to the heart - it could have just caused her heart to stop (again, speculation). Autopsy would be nice to read - we'll never get that.

The way she fell (similar to this knockout video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bdy1Gjhn6Ek - some say that dude's glasses still haven't landed - and, antifa girlfriend, holding a cigarette the whole time....you can't make this up). Her arms went into knock-out contortion mode. She was out like a light before she hit the ground.

All an elaborate play - maybe. Open to more info - she seemed like a nice person, perhaps 14 years of service for what made her a little upset.

That's the 'white way' to talk about it. 'I'm a little upset'.
