and anyone who has ever stood guard, knows for a fact, that the LEVELS OF FORCE ESCALATION were not applied or followed.
Lets do the thing... lets jump in his shoes....
- Big crowd, how to stop them cold? Shoot one to death? Not even close.
First at this stage, you've already been aggressively shouting at them to stop and have made your authority to act in the matter clear. Stage 1, verbal commands.
You still have to try, unless someone is in danger of being raped and/or killed (or if federal property in excess of big dollar amount is threatened or natsecurity) So at this point, you gotta get physical, its non-lethal force time, you have to try and STOP them physically. Thats all this step is, you making it clear that you will attempt to stop them. This stops all EXCEPT the most determined and any real criminal.
Now you check around, all the nuclear reactors and vaginas are still safe, so now you have to escalate, pepper spray, taser time, all that happy shit. To best of my video viewing, I never saw any of this occur, I never even saw a single person oppose them except a fat guard WHO RAN AWAY.
So with mild verbal and no non-lethal attempts to stop the crowd (from doing what exactly? no one knows! REEE!! ) without any of those escalation steps, we decide its a good idea to headshot ONE PERSON in a crowd of 100s. There was no reason to believe this would stop the aggressing crowd, and frankly, they should have mauled him.
Mil and Fed officers know the levels of escalation, they made us wear em around our necks laminated for awhile on duty. We were supposed to study them, so I did. If I was going to protect federal property from a CROWD, with lethal force, there would be NO REASON to stop at one kill. Except he did good to stop, since they stopped, and thats the goal. My assessment is he behaved incorrectly, is guilty of murder, acted unprofessionally and wanted to kill, when many other options were available and REQUIRED by protocol to be followed FIRST.
Lets not forget kids, even if he received a DIRECT ORDER to fire on unarmed American civilians, thats an UNLAWFUL ORDER and he is duty bound to REPORT IT as well as, decline to follow the order. I hope one day some brass does give me an UNLAWFUL ORDER. My loyalties are well documented.
Look I'm gonna say it, we trained to fight American Citizens who were "enraged" about "something" for years after 9/11.
The difference between us and this guard, is that we had a problem with it and saw it for what it was. Anytime I have ever been on duty, I see an American, boom, immediately, I am still on guard but I am not coming at you crazy. and yes, I do mean white. The reasons for that are legion.
Thank you for a reasonable and well worded response.
That hallway had 2 rent-a-cops basically standing with their backs to the door talking politely to the protesters. That doesn't sound like standard procedure or even being on guard. This was allowed / staged to happen. I'm getting more convinced as I see the different videos, and hearing testimony of people who actually stand guard.
There are people on the other side saying 'she got what she deserved.' Fine.
Their responses only give me a clearer picture of the status of this group and that group of people living in vicinity of each other - it isn't a country any more.
The old adage of 'divide and conquer' is still alive and working well.
Lets not forget kids, even if he received a DIRECT ORDER to fire on unarmed American civilians, thats an UNLAWFUL ORDER
He was probably ordered to shoot anyone who tried to come across the barrier they had built in front of those doors. The girl was the first one to try, so the bastard shot her dead.
Now perhaps he's got some different rules, being a federal piglet, but the one I know are as follows
