Yeah I use this mainly and rotate fluoride in every now and then. I have fillings on fillings despite a pretty clean lifestyle (tons of grinding) Like I said, Novamin helped a lot, didn’t need two fillings (caries disappeared) and sensitivity went down by a lot.

The Japanese stuff was more expensive and smaller tubes. I think they break down into fundamentally similar things.

That biomin says it’s better because of nanoparticles, but I had just bought $150 worth of the Novamin paste, so I’m working through that.
