Does the coconut oil thing really fix teeth?
I heard it was giving people lung problems because after they finished, they'd end up breathing the residue.
Your teeth and your overall health bc, think about it, you’re spitting out all the nights mouth film 🤮... stuff that you otherwise are swallowing. And we know how tooth infections can cause heart and brain infections so it only makes sense, vice-versa speaking.
I’ve been doing it for several mornings and already my teeth are whiter but my main reason for doing it is to improve my gums.
Dunno, havent tried it, I tried coconut MCT oil, that didnt seem correct but it was what I could score, and doubtful because coconut oil is apparently an antibiotic inside the body, not topically antibiotic like honey or propolis.
Supplements Vitamin A, D, K2, and Magnesium. I dont have those solo, but I take 3-6 multivitamins per day
Antibiotic or not inhaling oils will always fuck your lungs.
Weird, and makes sense, oil would be alveoli clogging. They must have been inhaling a lot.
