That's really not true. N.E. Asians (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Mongol) have high average IQ (~103-106)

South Asian IQ ranges from ~89-95

Just like southern Europeans are less intelligent (IQ ~92-98) and N.W. Europeans are more intelligent (101-104)

So East Asians still have a slight lead on most Europeans. but if 103 is "high" than it's disingenuous to claim that 100 is "low".
