If reperations were about social justice for those whose ancestors were slaves wouldn't they be distributed based on whose anestors were slaves, whose ancestors were slave owners, and whose ancestors were neither instead of skin color?

Food stamps, diversity quotas, govt healthcare, govt housing, govt cash assistance for the past 70 years must count for reparations if were going to think that way.
