Unfortunately not. The real St Patrick was Jeremiah from the bible. In exchange for marrying Hezekiah's daughter, Tea Tepi, the king promised to end their snake religion. It is quite the story, but shows how the throne of Israel moved from Jerusalem to Ireland. The king there was a descendant of Judah and Tamar. So the King's line of succession still existed. Later the throne moved to Scotland and then England.
