I mean I've seen the 3 gun shooting competitions I've seen the videos of whites training if these people decided the other group of people offended them and they wanted to shoot them Holy fuck! The Virginia Beach shooting would have been more like 14 to 28 killed or if the size of the other group was 12 people 12 people killed.

The amount of shots they let go is crazy for only 2 of 10 injured to die

Firearm in hand, relaxed position. How fast can you bring pistol/rifle/shotgun up and sights land on target?

Not fast enough. Probably a second and half from 20 feet I can raise aim and hit a 12 inch plate?

Maybe 2 seconds is more realistic will give it a try with my bb gun so I can shoot in my warehouse with out issue

All you can do is practice, and that makes you better than most.
