People look at me like i have to be on a date or something. The answer is no, i just like dressing nicely, because i dont like looking like a slob. With older people, this isnt as bad, but with the newer generations, most look like they walked out of bed and that was it. And women are insane, they look half dressed. I dont want to see your fat belly out of your tshirt. This world has gone insane

Nice clothes indicate social awareness. They indicate a willingness to interact and engage on the social level. They are an acknowledgement that the opinions of others matter to the person wearing the nice clothes. They show an intention to make a good impression, which is an expression of respect for others. Usually, when we wear clothes, we are wearing them for other people, not for outselves. If your clothes are dirty, worn out, torn, poorly fitted, old, or inappropriate for the setting, it just shows that you don't care about others. This is not really a positive thing. In society, showing some consideration of the feelings of others is necessary for peak functioning.

maybe. in my experience the only thing nice clothes do is mask the lack of cognition and the inverted natures of the wearer. who bothers to peacock these days? you got the sportsball wearing faggot, when hes not wearing his mancrushes number, youve got the capeshit enjoyer when hes looking for an overly masculine female to prey upon, and then theres the pride faggots, when theyve put away the regalia of their particular mental illness, and try to pass for a normal. im sure theres a few people who try and dress like their in a noir film, for whatever reason, but ive never seen it.
