I think the white guy is in the right, but honestly, just let the cops handle it unless there is eminent danger. With the way things are now, this is the type of shit you have to deal with.

Some motherfucker walks down my street breaking 12 car windows and the cops just drive past him committing the crime 3 times while I'm on the phone with them, then they let him walk away. They never dropped below 40km/h. They shined their lights around everywhere like they were trying to warn him. They didn't even stop to hear the smashing of glass, right in front of them. So I set up a camera. Every time my phone dings, I check to see who's on my street. If they're trying to break into cars I swing a 4 foot steel pipe into their neck and break their arms and legs. Cops are useless goofs.
