According to the Washington Post article in recent days he had been accused of trying to abduct a baby, and sexually assaulting a woman:
Pentland asks the man, “What it is you’re doing here?” and accuses him of “aggressing the neighborhood” and then shoves him as he walks away.
The man tells Pentland that he lives in the area and is “not harassing anyone walking through the neighborhood.” The woman speaking off-camera says later that the young man “picked a fight with some random young lady that’s one of our neighbors.”
“I didn’t do anything,” the young man says at one point.
“I’m about to do something to you,” Pentland says.
The sheriff’s department said Pentland pushed the man again after the video ended, knocking a phone from the man’s hand as he took pictures of the home.
Two reports of alleged assault were also made against the young man after deputies responded Monday, according to the sheriff’s department, and they are being investigated. The young man has “an underlying medical condition that may explain the behavior exhibited in the alleged incidents,” the agency said.
On April 8, one incident report says, the man allegedly put his arm around a woman’s waist, put his hand down the right side of her shorts and then put his arm back around her waist as her pants were partly down. On April 10, another report alleges the man repeatedly picked up a baby without permission and tried to walk away.
Pentland told officers who had responded to a “physical dispute” Monday that he pushed the man “in fear for his safety and the safety of his wife,” according to the incident report.
Deputies were told that the man approached “several neighbors in a threatening manner” and that someone had asked Pentland to “intervene,” the agency said in a statement.
Authorities sought to focus Wednesday on Pentland.
“There was some other things that occurred that really doesn’t justify the actions of” Pentland, Lott said at Wednesday’s news conference. He added, “None of them justified the assault that occurred.”

It’s always the same. Like that pregnant lady that pulled the gun in the 2 black women a year ago. They show only the poor black women being abused by the crazy white oppressor. Then a month later the full video comes out that shows those poor black women freaking out and damaging their car and shit.

wish a chan would get on that "submit a tip" section of its website. also curious is how many public liason/media personnel at that office. almost like they are bilking the taxpayer. let us not forget, this sheriff is a showboating ass face who protected a child predator for 9 years.

In the first incident on April 8, a female told deputies she and another person were walking on Lakemont Drive at about 10 p.m. when they were approached by a man who put his arm around her waist, according to an incident report.
After she pushed him away from her, the man returned again and put his hand down the right side of her shorts, the incident report said.
The female told deputies that she “frantically” pushed his hand away, causing her to be exposed as her shorts partly came down. As she was pulling her shorts up, the man again put his arm around her waist before the female and the person she was walking with ran back to their home, according to the incident report.
In the second incident on April 10, a second female told deputies she was walking in the neighborhood with a 1-year-old boy about 7 p.m. The female was babysitting the 1-year-old, who was in a stroller, Deputy Brittany Hart told The State.
A man walking toward them “swung around and started to reach out” to the 1-year-old, according to an incident report.
The female said she initially thought the man was just going to talk to and look at the baby, the incident report said. She told deputies the man actually picked up the baby, without permission, and started to head off when she grabbed the 1-year-old and tried to walk away.
The man reacted by again grabbing the baby and telling the female “that this is not her child and she does not have the right to allow people to hold the child,” according to the incident report.
As they argued, the female again took the baby back and quickly headed home, she told deputies.
Alright... if it was just the nigger on the lawn I might not beat the fuck out of him. But for that? I have solid steel bars and cast iron pipes that will crush skulls in one swing. That woman recording would have gotten coldcocked in the back of the skull too. It would be over in 10 seconds or less, they wouldn't have time to start recording. The only sound would be the steel on nigger skull. That's why I like living in the hood. That nigger would be bleeding and twitching in the middle of the road for 10 minutes before someone thought to do anything about it.
