Dual citizenship is hard to pen down because it's not explicit. Most israeli dual citizens are banking on the Rite of Return policy that allows citizenship to be granted on arrival. Even non-jews have effective multi-citizenship as with enough money they can go anywhere and be treated like a king. John McCafee does this publicly, which shows more connected people can also do it.

that has nothing to do with serving in govt. of course u can have dual citizenship, but u cannot then serve in the government. and seeing as how all politicians visit israel.. it looks like they have used up their right of return.
