A new hire at that since I've never seen her working there before. When I first saw her she was doing a half ass job wiping shelves down in the coolers with some sort of disinfectant and for some retarded reason decided it was suddenly her job as health czar to come and confront me about not wearing a mask. I'm not sure where she got her medical license but she totally forgot about social distancing to get all up in my face with her bullshit. They always start off with a very polite "Do you need a mask?". Me: "No, I don't need a mask", which starts them off on a tirade about the sign in the front of the store as if that's some sort of law. No, it's not a law or it would have the law reference posted at the bottom of the sign just like they do with handicap parking signs and other such signage. Just a link to the website which you can look up on your cell phone. So I look it up and read through the "guidelines". Not a single word about mandatory or legal reference. It's all "guidelines" because it's not legally enforceable. Then the store employees come up with that bullshit, "It's our policy". Well, that's fine for them if they are stupid enough to go along with it without resisting or getting an attorney but there are many laws that override their "policy". Policy can't supersede law. It's a public venue open to the public. They must provide equal access to all public and that includes people with exemptions. One of the exemptions is if a mask causes health problems which is a proven thing. If you get a headache, have trouble breathing, or even if it simply makes you anxious and feel light headed then you are exempt. So I ask the stupid bitch if she read the website at the bottom of the sign and she refuses to answer my question. Seems like if she's going to appoint herself health czar she should at least read the "guidelines". Then it might improve her education to go to the California legal code and look up laws on equal access and medical privacy. These fuckers commit so many legal violations if I had money to hire an attorney I could sue every damn one of them into life long debt to me. The thing is, I just want to pick up a few groceries and be left the fuck alone. Last time someone tried to get me to wear a mask it was an actual retard the store had hired. No, I'm not being derogatory, the woman who approached me last time is an actual retard. She does nothing all day but bag groceries and can't even be trusted to police the parking lot for carts. So far I've usually been hassled by the cart jockeys and kids with disinfectant and a rag to wipe down carts. Not one of the people who ask me, "Do you need a mask?" has ever read through the guidelines. To me and my way of thinking is, if you are going to ask people about wearing a mask based on your assumed authority as self appointed health czar you should at least read up on some stuff and maybe go check out the California Health Department website on the topic. Of course, it's all bullshit with no legal backing but for fucks sake, you'd think these self righteous morons would at least try to educate themselves. I was raised in a family that was totally devoted to their Seventh Day Adventist religion and all the bullshit written by their "prophet" Ellen G. White. As a child, we trust and believe in the reality presented to us so growing up I read most of her books. Not just read through but studied them and by the time I was a teenager I was starting to realize her books seemed to be self conflicting in their ideology or Theology. When internet came along I was still having questions and so started doing online researches. Really digging into the background of the religion. What I found shocked me, saddened me then enraged me and then finally enlightened me. Religion is fine but a cult based religion takes it to a whole new level of cuckery or fuckery. It's one person telling millions of other persons what to believe, interpreting biblical writings and putting their own special spin on it and of course "it was shown to me" by special dispensation of God himself that I am to be the arbiter of your faith. Blah blah blah and so one bitch mind fucks millions of people into her way of thinking and gets them to backstabbing, fault finding, nit picking the shit out of each other until it's nothing but a cult based hate fest every day. That's what I see going on with this mask fuckery. Same shit I grew up with engaging the same sort of fuckwits to rat fink and snitch on their fellow humans and lose their shit when someone resists the least bit.
