A couple pearls of wisdom I have found to be true:

  • It's never too late
  • Something is better than nothing
  • Even when things are bad keep trying

But people are waking up to covid and that is HUGE. I know for a fact there is very little racism out on the streets. This is all of us versus them and some zombies. Some of the zombies will turn when they see how many people are on the side of humanity.

I'll be evicted but I don't care. I'll give up everything. We have to get people in the streets.

What would have to happen after a protest for it to "work" in your opinion?

If a protest gets even a few more people to be exposed to an idea and organize around that, doesn't that mean it worked, at least to an extent?

If you're talking about people in the streets in the same way pussy hat protests were done, yeah that crap doesn't do anything. But protests that show the people have the means for violence in opposition to state violence the same way they did in Virginia in response to gun bills, or the same way BLM marched over to the mayors neighborhood, suddenly the mayor of the city had a problem with BLM and shut down their little independent zone straight away.

people need to feel empowered. In order to feel empowered they need to not be desperate, in order to not be desperate they need to not be in debt. They need to not be in debt and have an emergency fund so they don't fear being canceled at work, and they need to own a gun so they don't feel powerless.

They will then have the confidence to call out woke BS in their everyday life with confidence like the guy in the church in canada.
