The character is accurately described as being a warning of kikes and their behavior as most myths and monsters in stories are. Bogeymen often had classic kike features and behaviors and were used to scare children to be good or else the (((monster))) will come for them and take them. This helped to impart the truth to children that kikes are evil monsters and to associate the fictional monster with the real ones that walk among us so the children stay away from them lest they be taken an eaten...or worse.
