Yes, as a matter of fact.

Yes, quit ALL dairy products and it will improve though.

Try raw dairy, works wonders.

calcium from the bones of the fallen is most effective way

get it fresh.

It will cut down on general inflammation and mucus production. Even when it's just pollen allergies it helps lessen the severity for me - try it! Everyone I know that has, has been amazed at the dairy-congestion connection even if you're not lactose intolerant

for me

Whites (humans) don't have issues with dairy.

97% of the worlds population is lactose intolerant. Depending on how white you actually are, you may be in the other 3% (primarily small groups from Nordic countries), but most people have varying degrees of allergic reaction to milk and a lot of arthritis comes from this. Same goes for gluten, although the degree varies much more widely with gluten.

Huh. Growing up I never had any allergies whatsoever. My mom always made sure we had at least one glass of milk per day. Plenty of cheeses and ice cream were also had. Somewhere in my mid-twenties I started getting allergies. Basically just pollen I think. Around this time of year. Itchy eyes, sneezing, runny nose. Nothing too crazy, a 4-hour allergy relief pill basically does the trick for the whole day once I start feeling the signs.

I guess I could try no dairy and see what happens but my allergies are definitely seasonal.

No...everything's COVID now...remember?

Those are covid sneezes, covid watery eyes, and covid stuffed nose...you have to keep using the buzzword covid so the mask people know to be scared or not.

On a side note, has anyone been to the store lately and wondered why they're selling cold, flu, and allergy medicines? Isn't the mask all the nutters are wearing "protecting" them from everything, or do these idiots actually believe that their mask can discriminate between "covid" and everything else? There's some real "winners" in the world.

Have some fun with them, go to the store during an allergy attack, and everytime you sneeze say as loud as you can "Oops, COVID we're all going to die!", of course I say that everytime I hear anybody sneeze, cough, clear their throat, etc.

no they just believe each of these things up their odds of not dying. of course its as dumb as believing rain is god being nice or punishing you. but the same humans believed that before and they havent gotten smarter, they were just told to believe something else

Yes, actually...have any theories?

Watch the planes.

Not me, but friends and family members have stated their allergies are bad this year. The pollen counts have been in the high range for many weeks now.

"Sci-show" on jewtube blamed it on global warming. Lol

I normally have allergies this time of year but i have not had any symptoms. It’s been nice being normal!

Did you take the vaccine?

[–] 0 pt

Of course not, i don’t want to be a guinea pig.

I am having horrible allergies this year.

From a large family with zero allergies in any of us. Here's why:

As toddlers, mom would take us outside and set us in the grass/clover/dirt. We were allowed to touch and taste everything. Our immune systems got turbo-charged.

You're eating dirt as you read this I'm guessing.

[–] 0 pt

i ate dirt as a kid. it happens lol. i also have no real allergy. neither do siblings. sometimes i bike in the forest and get dirt in my mouth. some of it has to be horse poop. i dont give a fuck. spit it out and move on lol

Pre sure this is why I'm immune to poison oak and poison ivy

Same here. I remember seeing kids get poison ivy, getting covered in calamine lotion. Ha!

Try some local honey, heard it suggested a lot, but wouldn't know as I don't have allergies.
