Technically "no" If you have already seen Pastor James Coates sent to maximum security prison, Artur Powlowski "OUT! NAZI! OUT!" (and just recently arrested), Jews being ticketed in Montreal. They were all skirted around the law in order to do these things; they can't legally arrest Pastor James Coates, but they tried to make him sign an undertaking (which he never signed) so that they could arrest him when he breached the undertaking (that he never signed).
Make no mistake. I'm not excusing these satanists from their deliberate attack on Christianity, I'm just trying to explain how they get around the pesky Charter of Rights & Freedoms.
So, as far as I know, I had not heard ANY reports of Muslims being harassed.
