I have stage 4 emphysema, prognosis is very poor. The doctor started me on these meds, but they cost 3,000/month without insurance, and I don't want to be dependent on these meds anyways. I have found exercise works really well, as does a modified meat only/keto diet with fruits. What else can I do?

Find a high dose IV place, shoot for at least 20G to 50G.

That works really well from what the other people in the place I go to say.
