I have stage 4 emphysema, prognosis is very poor. The doctor started me on these meds, but they cost 3,000/month without insurance, and I don't want to be dependent on these meds anyways. I have found exercise works really well, as does a modified meat only/keto diet with fruits. What else can I do?

Its also crazy the amount of research this guy did, he wrote his book after 30 years of figuring it out. Once you start looking into this stuff its pretty wild

Do you not realize your milkman did fuck all in terms of actual studies and the absorption rates are affected by a bunch of factors? He's pulling numbers out of his ass.

There's the one problem, he says he did all the lab work, but as far as i know he was never able to publish his work. I remember mention's of him using cadavers to determine absorption rates.

But what matters is what works. The guy had an unbeatable record with cancer, and most people who wound up finding Aajonus were pretty far gone. There's even one confirmed guy that had MS/ALS whos reversed it with the diet.
