I have stage 4 emphysema, prognosis is very poor. The doctor started me on these meds, but they cost 3,000/month without insurance, and I don't want to be dependent on these meds anyways. I have found exercise works really well, as does a modified meat only/keto diet with fruits. What else can I do?

Listen to vinnie tortorich he had stage 4 Leukemia like 12 years ago. doc gave him 4 months to live. he has gone no sugars no grains. yes fruit is sugar. Most cancers thrive in sugar.. cut off all there food supply
