I have stage 4 emphysema, prognosis is very poor. The doctor started me on these meds, but they cost 3,000/month without insurance, and I don't want to be dependent on these meds anyways. I have found exercise works really well, as does a modified meat only/keto diet with fruits. What else can I do?

Unfortunately, it looks like these treatments are most effective when applied in the earlier stages, so I don’t know what else to tell you besides think positive and keep fighting.
