I have stage 4 emphysema, prognosis is very poor. The doctor started me on these meds, but they cost 3,000/month without insurance, and I don't want to be dependent on these meds anyways. I have found exercise works really well, as does a modified meat only/keto diet with fruits. What else can I do?

yeah, it does get out to some weird tangents. but the parts about exosome theory and atp/fermentation in cells makes a lot of sense to me,
