The anti-racist view is based on Marxism. You tailor the definition of the classes based on the culture of where you go, but there's always an oppressor and an oppressed. In the restating for 21st century America, the white man is the oppressor class and basically everyone else is the oppressed. Fair/unfair isn't really an axis in anti-racism. If you think in terms of fair and unfair, then the correct thing to do would be to start treating everyone fairly now. But that's not what they want.
